中庸とは偏らないことですね。

仏様をまねて食事を取らず、睡眠も取らないというのは
やりすぎだと思います。

同じく、恋愛に走りすぎたり、金儲けに夢中になって
家族との絆がほそくなったり。

釈迦は、たとえば、ファッションにしても『かっこよく
みせようとせず』また『だらしなくみせようとせず』
また『その中間に位置しようとせず』と
むずかしいことを言っています。
